I know that sending anything upfront is risky, considering a lot of girls would simply get the money and never show, but that's just not how I do things. They then try bartering, trading, or asking for an IOU (Also things that I've trusted a few with, only to get burnt)... By getting half upfront, it gives me a 100% guarantee that I'm not wasting my time. I can understand if you're not willing to take that risk...
